Today is "All Souls Day" in the Catholic Church, so I have a special video cooked up for the occasion. The Feast of All Souls is a day the Church dedicates to praying for all the people who have died. We believe that a person's soul does not necessarily go straight to Heaven when they die, since they may have residual sin on their soul that must be purified. This purgation is painful, but is through the love of God, so they can worthily meet him face-to-face without any shame! This beautiful piece by Andrew Lloyd Webber is a musical expression of the prayers those on Earth offer for those in Purgatory, so they may find eternal peace in Heaven as soon as possible. 🙏✝️🪦 I hope you enjoy!
