#FSSPXAfrica In December during the Advent Season, ‪@holycrosschurchkenya9857‬ held its first Ignatian Retreat at its newly opened SSPX Retreat center in Ngoliba, Thika.

The Ignatian Retreat is a 5-day silent spiritual retreat based on the traditional Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, adapted to help modern Catholics detach from secular life, confront sin, make a general confession, and re-orient their souls toward God. The new SSPX Retreat center is located in a tranquil environment away from the noise and distractions of the city to allow the Retreatant to meditate well, contemplate, and spend time with God.
